Customers have a 14-day window to return items for a full refund, provided that the items are returned unused, unaltered, with their tags and packaging. The "How do I return my items?" section contains instructions on the steps required for returning items. Please note that for EU returns, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. It's important to review the company's return policy prior to purchasing to understand any specific return requirements or costs.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS? (EU)
To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via your local logistic options.
1.To start your return, head to our return portal (you’ll need your order number).
2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time.
3.Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
4.Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)
5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!
INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES:
For international returns, a specific Rebound HUB is designated to receive the returns before they are sent in bulk to our main warehouse facility. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach this HUB and an additional 5 working days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
It's important to note that if the returns portal shows "Delivered to HUB", this means that the package is still at the Rebound international HUB and has not yet been transferred to our warehouse facility.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
If you are an international customer, you have a period of 14 days to return items to us. However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to provide free returns for our international customers. We hope to offer this service in the future. HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
We have implemented an online returns process to reduce paper waste. This means that you will not receive a returns label with your order. Instead, follow the steps outlined below to create your pre-paid return label:
Visit our returns portal and have your order number ready.
Choose the items you wish to return and provide a reason. This helps us improve our products for future purchases.
Select your preferred return method. You can use our map to locate the nearest drop-off points.
Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your package. If you don't have access to a printer, check the portal for printer-less return options available in your area.
Your package is now ready to be taken to the chosen drop-off point.
If the portal does not provide you with a specified carrier, it means that we are unable to offer one in your country. In this case, please register your return through our online returns portal. After receiving your return label, you can choose your preferred return method to send the item back to us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
After sending your items back to us, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of the item reaching our warehouse. Please note that if the status of your item is marked as 'returned to HUB', it indicates that the item has arrived at the Rebound sorting facility and not yet reached us. It could take up to 14 days for your return to be delivered to our warehouse. In case you haven't received your refund within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will investigate this for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
We will keep you informed about the progress of your return through tracking emails. These emails will provide you with updates on the status of your return.
MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
Items purchased during sale or Vault events are final sale
and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
What is Final Sale?
Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. If an order is placed with a sale and full price item, the full price item is still eligible for a refund/exchange.
Final Sale items are marked in several places including:
- On the specific product page
- At checkout
- On your order confirmation
